[TYPO3] two installations same host ImageMagick

Hi,

i have two TYPO3 installations on the same host. one for personal use 
and one for development purposes. the second one belongs to a 
subdirectory and i have set it up exactly the same way like my main 
installation.

i realized that ImageMagick does not wanna work at all on the second 
one. install tool simply neglects the enable IM option. i tried to 
enable several times, but it stays disabled.

is there a trick to achieve result with it, or do i need to share my host?
