[TYPO3] tinyRTE spell checker not working?

Hi.

I am trying to get the spell checker i tinyRTE to work but I have 
several problems.

First of all the button is not appearing in the editor even though I 
have set the button with "|,spellchecker,|" in the extension manager.

Also I can't find documentation for installing and configuring 
dictionaries.

Is it possible at all to get the spell checker to work?

If so what do I do?
