[TYPO3] RealURL, pages where title contains ® sign not working

Hello,

In the links that are created to pages that have a ® sign in the title 
the ® gets replaced with R however the links do not work:

Reason: Segment "pagina-met-R-in-titel" was not a keyword for a 
postVarSet as expected!

Does anyone have a solution for this other than using a different page 
title or navigation title?
