[TYPO3] Cooluri multiple sites 404 pages

so create simple 404.php that would do sort of:

if (...) file_get_contents('index.php?id=X');
else file_get_contents('index.php?id=Y');

I don't understand. What XML path (XPath?), what would that TS do? 
Anyway, CoolUri core cannot parse TS.
