[TYPO3] permission error after update phpmyadmin to 3.0.1

I stumbled over that a short time ago. my solution: change the filemask 
BEFORE you install the extension.
For now: uninstall and DELETE the extension.

In the install-tool you can set the filemask TYPO3 is using for every 
file creating. If your installation doesn't work in areas where you work 
with TYPO3 (=PHP) and FTP as those users doesn't share a group you may 
change the filemask back after installation.
