Your local extension database isn't up to date.

Go to extension manager, select 'Settings' and check that your user settings are 
filled in properly. Then select 'Import extensions' and click 'Retrieve/update'. 
If it's successful it should tell you there something like 3200 or so extensions 
available.
Now you can chose 'Check for extension updates' or try to import Templavoila 
again and it should give you the latest version.
