[TYPO3] Upgrade to 4.2.1 problems

Hi, Daniel! Thanks for your reply.
I don't know if the exstension can be responsible for that, without any
errors in server log. Anyway I removed them all, exept:
TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] =
'css_styled_content,tsconfig_help,context_help,
extra_page_cm_options,impexp,sys_note,tstemplate,tstemplate_ceditor,
tstemplate_info,tstemplate_objbrowser,tstemplate_analyzer,func_wizards,

etup,taskcenter,
info_pagetsconfig,viewpage,rtehtmlarea,t3skin";
Nothing changes.
I suppose I have to learn what is "Prototype JavaScript framework", and why
it doesent work only in my TYPO3 4.2.1.
I found some bugs in bugtrak, but they are all closed.
