[TYPO3] Multidomain cooluri

Hi, 

I have this page tree: 


Rootpage
	MultipleSitePage.com
		Sites
			Domain1.com
				HomeDomain1
				AboutDomain1
			Domain2.com
		News
		About
		... 
	...


The multiplesitepage.com's links works fine as it should using cooluri,
but under it contains 2 more domains and page trees. The problem in this
area is that when cooluri created the links it looks like this: 
http://domain1.com/domain1com/homedomain1/ 
Instead of 
http://domain1.com/homedomain1/ (preferred)

Is it possible to prevent cooluri from creating that extra path in the
url while maintaining their position in the 'Sites' tree?
