[TYPO3] Using weblog functionality on typo3

And what about sk_page_comments?
I see it on http://www.rggooglemap.com/en/dev/rgformvalidator.html
And I see there is a posibility to comment one of the comments, that look 
great..
But is it functional with tt_news (SINGLE) ?
There's no functionality to place the number of comments at the LIST isn't?
