[TYPO3] CoolURI without TYPO3 menus

Hey,

typolink function is what is triggering generation of links. And since 
it's function in the tslib_content object, it's not possible to do this 
from BE.

I've once wrote an extension called jb_realurl_regeneration which 
deletes stuff from realurl tables and then calls typolink function with 
all pages found in the page table. You could use this extension. I would 
just give you some errors because of realurl tables, but then it could 
continue a generate the links. It's just a theory though, I haven't test it.
