[TYPO3] Coping Elements to different T3 DB

Hi everybody,

Our websites all have the same AUP, T&Cs etc and it is getting a pain to
type them out for every website. Is it possible to safely copy content
element records from one Typo3 database into another typo3 database,
using PHPmyAdmin? Or is there another way?
