[TYPO3] Another bug concerning different languages

Hi Dmitry & Co,

i think I found another bug in your extension.

it seems like $GLOBALS[TSFE]->lang is always empty in
function generateRatingContent()

If I add it there to a marker, I never see a "de" in the FE but I do get 
it when i do something like
return $this->cObj->substituteMarkerArray($subTemplate, 
$markers).$GLOBALS['TSFE']->lang....
