[TYPO3] Dated typo3 source code comment

Hey,

well, it's when this particular source code file was written. 4.1 was 
actually released in 2007, so no, we don't go through all files and 
change the year and release a new minor version for this purpose :)

There are some files that weren't touched in the last three to four 
years, so expect to see some older files as well.
