[TYPO3] corrupted class.t3lib_div.php?

Hi all

 

I asked a similar question last year - since trialling timtab, ve_guestbook
I have had all sorts of trouble, and I just need to know - is my best bet
uninstalling them, or will this type of problem recur? Is there more I will
need to do to fix the issues?

 

The warning below is appearing everytime I try to upload a css file into
fileadmin.
