[TYPO3] Howto override TS in accessibility section ofcss_styled_content

Well, now it works. I already tried this but it did not change my 
output. Perhaps some "tricky" cache problem, although I'm sure I cleared it.

Anyway, thanks!

I now have another more interesting problem regarding the menu 
customization but I'll create another post.
