[TYPO3-english] extension dev "create table" but no tables needed?

Hello,

I created an extension but when i want to install it it says

DATABASE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
Before the extension can be installed the database needs to be updated 
with new tables or fields. Please select which operations to perform:

But there are no operation because there are no tables...

Any idea how to fix this?
