[TYPO3-english] RTE link transformation

Hello,

I have a quite banal question: what is the most correct configuration of
RTE-fields.
Should the transformation be defined by TCA array, or we should add some
TSConfig setting.

Today, I'm using such TCA definition: myfield;;;richtext[*]
And in TSConfig something like:

RTE.default.proc.overruleMode = none
RTE.default {
     classesAnchor.default {
         page =
         url =
         file =
         mail =
     }
}
RTE.default.defaultLinkTarget = _self


Problem of this setting is URL which is not transformed, look the example.

in menu : site.com/foo.html
RTE-link : site.com/?id=2

So, Question : what is the optimal configuration to receive correct links in
FE?
