[TYPO3-english] rte make relative link absolute

Hello list,

I have a typical problem handling relative links. In the rte from source
I have manually added some links as relative.
like <a href="fileadmin/myfile/file1.html">

but after saving it I found that rte has changed it as relative like  <a
href="http://mydomain.com/fileadmin/myfile/file1.html">

How can I stop this so that rte keeps relative link as relative link and
not absolute.
