[TYPO3-english] Customization of Image Field

Hi all !

I would like to change the image selector field, which we could meet
everywhere in the system.
This field consists from 2 parts: selector to look for image on the server
side, and an another selector to upload image from the client.
So, I would like to hide/deactivate the second part of the selector.
To have the possibility only to select files from File mounts on the server.
Does anybody know simple solution to manage this?
