[TYPO3-english] TS Condition if TV mapped area is empty or not

Hi List

I'm looking for a way to put a condition with TS that allows me to check 
whether or not a mapped Template area (TV) is empty (no content elements) or 
not.

could someone point me in the right direction..or even better, show me a 
solution ;-)
