With showButtons you can select if you want to see the "insert table", 
"insert row", "insert column"-button and so on.

But as Jeroen wrote, he uses the table-properties.
There he only wanted to have the ones for the style-fieldset.

One more thing about that:
To see this fieldset, the blockstyle element has to be activated (in 
showButtons).
