[TYPO3-english] Lots of MySQL errors after update

I have updated from 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 and now I get an awful lot of MySQL 
error when I ex. try to deleted unused elements.

I have done the DB Compare in the installation tool. Are there anything 
else I can do to fix the database?
