[TYPO3-english] TCDirectmail 'Register clicked links' issue

I had problems with the preview showing the site root instead of the
newsletter. I tracked this down to the domain records, tcdm seemed to use
the first domain record, as soon as I changed the order of the domain
records the preview was ok.
