[TYPO3] <p> and <h3> problem?

Hi, I have a serious strange problem.

It's to different pages that loads a tt_news extension, from the same 
news folder.
Then when i load the "single" news page. the h3 tag is showed, and not 
styled.

On the old page, the h3 tag is a tag, (like normal) and its big fat and 
black standard.
and there is No paragraph (p) tag surrounding it.
so the source would be <h3>"sth sth sth"</h3> and it would show Big and 
black, "sth sth sth"

BUT, On the new page, using the same template, not the same css though.
the source suddently is <p class="bodytext"><h3>"sth sth sth"</h3></p>..
Even though i have styled h3, and .bodytext h3 ind my css, i just wont 
style it.
it now displays. "<h3>sth sth sth</h3>" i don't get why the F**k i 
suddenly shows <h3> as text, and not as a tag.. like it was &lt; and 
&gt; but it isn't.

What could i have done wrong?, Please?, im deperate.
