[TYPO3] Directmail how to configure?

Hi!

I need a newsletter system on my typo3 site. My question which is the best newsletter plugin?

1) I begun to configure the direct_mail from this manual: http://www.mcuniverse.com/05/index.php?id=593 , but after I installed the plugin_mgm, I get lot's of warning. 

I examined that these files are missing.
t3lib/class.t3lib_dmailer.php
mod/class.mod_web_dmail.php

How can I solve this?

2) I installed the direc_mail_123. Here I get this error: /typo3conf/ext/direct_mail/mod/locallang_mod_web_txdirectmailM1.xml" not found! Where is this file?

3) I installed the t3m. Here there were some other extensions installed. But during the configuration I get this warning.

Here i don't understand these warnings. Other files f.e. /usr/bin/convert can be run by typo3, and I don't get this open_basedir restriction error. Probably the code is wrong here? How can I solve this? (Of course I dont' like to extend the open_basedir path with /usr/bin !
