[TYPO3] tx_rgsmoothgallery CSS & Java Files don't load

Hi All!

I am trying to use the Smooth Gallery extension with tt_content type "text with Image". But the gallery never works because the javascript and css files are not loading.  I have made sure that the Smooth Gallery extension is included in the main template. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same configuration on another website, and the Gallery inside Text with Image works fine. Thank you.
