[TYPO3] TYPO3 4.2: Warning: require_once(../../../init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Hi List
We started updating several sites to 4.2 and are receiving with some
extensions the following errors in the Backend

i.e. mm_forum, t3m, tv_importer

"Warning: require_once(../../../init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to
open stream: No such file or directory"

Depending if we installed an extension in global or local the ../../../
changes to ../../../../ in global but the error stays the same.

Any idea appreciated how to solve this problem for ALL extensions.
