[TYPO3] [TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 Association releases Version 4.2: Focus on Usability and Performance Improvements

Not sure what I did or didn't do but I just did an upgrade from 4.1.5  
to 4.2 and something is seriously broken.  My site still renders but  
the middle navigation frame on the back end does not render.

Any ideas for an easy fix?

The site is just under development so I don't have  a ton of time  
invested nor do I have many modifications.
