[TYPO3] Realurl, possible to automate multidomains?

Hello, 

I have an installation with many domains and fe automatic registrations.
Registered Users get their own page tree and domain name and currently
set to simulatestatic for friendly urls. 

I would like to change how it handles urls using realurl but do you
think it's possible to automate this without adding domains and
rootpid's in the realurl_conf.php file? Maybe by typoscript instead or
is this not possible?
