[TYPO3] Typo3 4.2 rc2 TS template saving does not work

Hi there;,

just wondering if anyone is encountering the same issue with T3 4.4 RC2. 
whenever I change the TS and try to save then the changes are not saved and 
instead the old initial HELLO work thing is shown.

any clue?
