[TYPO3] mm_dam_filelist (branch from "Is DAM worth its use or is it dead?")

I think you are speaking about mm_*dam*_filelist, aren't you? I found a 
problem on my website as this extension generates unique download URL 
and stores them in the session, per user. It works fine as long as 
indexed_search did not crawl my page. Once done, my links do not work 
anymore until I clear the FE cache. The only solution I found was to set 
the no_cache option to pages containing the mm_dam_filelist plugin. I 
don't know whether it's a "must" or if there is something I missed. Mike 
Mitterer was not aware of such an issue and as I read that you use it, 
perhaps did you encounter this?
