[TYPO3] Is DAM worth its use or is it dead?

Nice! I suppose you are in contact with Michiel (of course you are). The 
funny part of the story is that DAM was a joint idea between Rene and Ben, 
as far as I know. And I have probably the opportunity to sponsor some work.

It's about 73 MB, in 320 x 240 pixels and not very good quality. On TYCON3 
in 2005 (renamed to T3CON after that) the capturing of all the speeches was 
only an experiment. Length, nearly 1 1/2 hour.

Else, I agree when it comes to usability.
