[TYPO3] embedding video with typoscript

Hi,

I would like to add a video to the header of a site but that would be 
awkward to do with a content element so I need to add it to the template 
with typoscript.

But I cannot find and video player that will allow me to embed a video 
with typoscript.

Does anyone know of one.

Another question is that I can get flvplayer to work on one site but not 
another. I have been working on this all day and made sure the browser 
have the correct plugins installed, used the same flv files etc. 
Everything is the same but all I see on one site is the bottom progress 
bar.

Has anyone had problems running flvplayer on a site?
