[TYPO3] Realurl multiple folder names / baseurls

config.baseURL = www.mysite.com/cms/
Can I put multiple url's there?

If I use www.mysite.com/CMS/  and   www.mysite.com/cms/  the content 
will not render unless I clear cache.

After clearing the problem of course remains. So if I use 
www.mysite.com/CMS/  again, content will not render. If I only use 
www.mysite.com/cms/ it all works ok.
