[TYPO3] direct_mail remove header css styles

Hi Redvald,

Welcome to the wonderful world of newsletters and email clients. I will 
not answer your question directly, just tell you, that you should NEVER 
use css styles in the header part when we are talking direct mails. And 
please forget all about making Lotus Notes read anything more 
complicated than bold text. Well, maybe not fair, but at least funny.

Instead use a lot of old-school-tables and inline styles and forget all 
the fancy hanky panky stuff you have learned over the last 8 years.

And a funny note on this: Today I opened my hotmail account (only 
testing purposes...) and I tried to read the newsletter from the very 
Microsoft himself, and it was hardly readable in Firefox! But of course 
very nice in IE7.
