[TYPO3] Problems with JSTicker

Hallo,

i have some problems with the jsticker:
- the ticker only runs once
- in the Preivies i get the following error in the Admin Panel:
   "uploads/tx_jsticker/" is not a file (non-uploads/.. resource, did 
not exist).

Any ideas?
