[TYPO3] Trouble: extension "typoscript_code" show content only for logged in FE users

Hi List!

I want to place on one page 6 latest news lists with different templates.
One top news, 3 lists from different categories and common template,
and 2 remaining with own templates.

It is not convenient to do with FlexForms. Templates used on other pages too,
and I don't want to make many copies of them, when uploading their through FF.

I have attempt to insert TS using extension "typoscript_code".
The trouble is when FE user logged in it is visible. But when no user
logged there is only headers of CE.

How can I solve this? Is any other way to do this task?
