[TYPO3] GMENU_LAYERS: Submenu doesn't disapear by moving the cursor away

Hello all,

The submenu doesn't disapear by moving the cursor away from it, but
does it when the cursor is over a menu item in the main menu, and when I
click anywhere else on the page.

How can I make the submenu just disapear when there isn't mouse focus on
it.

I tried this, but it doesn't work for me:

hideMenuWhenNotOver = 2
hideMenuTimer = 1000
