[TYPO3] tcdirectmail and fetchmail error

He, people, 
 
Tc directmail is up and running, statistics work, but I cant get bounced
mail into statistics, etc 
 
When I run the command, I get this error: fetchmail: Authorization failure
bounce at mail.domainname.info 
 
Settings in bounce account
email:   bounce at domainname.info 
type:  pop3
server: mail.domainame.info
username: bounce
password:  ********
If I use webmail there is access to the mailbox, 
 
I cannot explain what happened. Any help is welcome.
