You'll find out, if you stay with us, that about any question about
TYPO3 flexibility has "yes" as an answer.
From what I understand, you want "custom records" to be displayed in
the FrontEnd (FE).
First have a look at the 2500 extensions to TYPO3 in TYPO3 Extension
Repository(TER): http://typo3.org/extensions/
Looking for "estate" already gives me 3 choices!
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/?tx_terfe_pi1%5Bview%5D=search&no_cache=1&tx_terfe_pi1%5Bsword%5D=estate
Then you can modify any of them or create a brand new with the
Kickstarter and add ext:auxdataviewer so you can generate easy view to
your extension.
You can also watch this serie of video:

Look for: Frontend Plugin Development
And my friend, remember to first look at
http://typo3.org/about/new-to-typo3/ before diving into TYPO3 !
BTW, we don't mind so much about language but we usually answer to
people using real name in the mailing list. I suggest you change Zenonx
to something as friendly as us. :)
