[TYPO3] wokrspaces rights issue

Hi,

I made a workspace and set up the rights - as described in the manual.

Whatever I do I keep getting the error: You cannot publish a record you do 
not have edit and show permissions for

In mod > access it is assigned to a general group where the publisher is 
part of

I am lost and can't find anyone with the same problem (and thus solution 
;-) ). The publisher has rights for live workspace :-)

If anyone could help me out: that would be very nice!
