[TYPO3] Stripping html feedback: suggestion for improvement

Hi,

I think the stripping function could be improved... but... is it a typo3 
function, or a standard php one?

I mean, when we strip html, the <p> tags and <br /> tags disappear, that 
is fine. But I think it would be better to replace them by a space 
symbol, because if not, two sentences separated by a line break will 
stick together after the strip.
