[TYPO3] Direct mail problems

Hi

Since there is not much activity in the directmail list I will try here.

I have a few problems with Direct mail 2.5.1:

1.
When I choose one the BE modules Direct Mail, Recipient list aso I have 
to click my sysfolder in the pagetree for content to show in the right 
column.
I have tested this on a linux server and here there it shows the wizard 
as soon as you click the Direct Mail BE module.
Any Idea why this problem occur on windows?

2.
This is really weird, my emails are not shown as they should and this is 
probably because the right stylesheet is not applied.

Im testing the direct mail module from kursus.mentor-it.dk but this is 
shown when I view the source of the emai:

href="cid:part5.3c94b070eb5a5733ce524963f4330f9f at nytdesign.mentor-it.dk" 
rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

nytdesign.mentor-it.dk is another test site of mine. Any explanation on 
this?

Im using typo3 4.1 and tv 1.3.0
