[TYPO3] Adding alt attribute to clear.gif

Hey Edwin.
Are you sure that TYPO3 adds the clear.gif?
I think that if you use CSS Styled Content (since 4.0 default behaviour)
there shouldn't be any clear.gif's anymore, right?
