[TYPO3] Cant login to back end

Hello Brian,

Dmitry is correct, MySQL on Windows is using SQL_MODE = STRICT_TRANS as default 
when you install it. TYPO3 isn't working with that mode (at least this part).

There are two solutions, both described on the windows-install list. One 
is to use SQL_MODE = MYSQL4
