[TYPO3] fogot password with email address AND username

Hey,

Is there a loginbox that can retrieve somones password and send it to 
his/her email when somone enters his email address AND username?

I have a registration form that allows you to use a non-nique emailadres.
But because the forgot pasword only looks for an excisting email adres, 
it will send your first entered password an username to this email adres.
So i need a second parameter: the usrname.

any suggestions?
