[TYPO3] NO entry in the $TCA-array for the table "tt_content" (OY! any help?!)

weird error on the front end:

NO entry in the $TCA-array for the table "tt_content". This means that 
the function enableFields() is called with an invalid table name as 
argument.


and then system halts.



When logged into the baceknd, the WEB > PAGE module disappears.

any ideas? Site is totally down... ;-(
