[TYPO3] Cant login to back end

Hey All,

 

Sorry for the noob question, but I can't seem to log into the backend of
TYPO3 4.1.2.

 

I am using IIS 6.0 and MySQL 5.0.45, PHP 5.2.4.

 

All seems fine when I log into the installer side of things. Any ideas?

Thanks for any light you can shed. Someone already suggested re-running
the installer and making a new admin account, but I think I did that and
it still did not work.
