[TYPO3] sr_email_subscribe - problem to install module

Hi!

I'm trying to install the module sr_email_subscribe, but I don't receive
nothing error and I don't find nothing about this module in the typo3 (no
template, no content)

I use sr_email_subscribe 1.2.0 and in install extensions it is present.

I have:
- typo3 4.1.2
- sr_feuser_register 2.5.7
- tt_address 2.1.0
- static_info_tables 2.0.5

What can be the problem?
