[TYPO3] automated newsletter based on tt_news records?

Hi.

I am looking for a newsletter that has the following features:

1. Based on tt_news records
2. Automated - so that all new news records are added automatically
3. Timer option - so that the newest news records are sent automatically 
(daily, weekly, monthly...)
4. Support for all news types: "News", "Link internal page" and "Link 
external URL"

Basically an automated newsletter that notifies subscribers when new 
content is available.

An extension do do all this already exist (aux_newsmailer). The only 
problem is that it only supports the type "News" and not "Link internal 
page" and "Link external URL"

Since I often create complex articles I often use the "Link internal 
page" in my news flow so I can not use the aux_newsmailer extension. 
Other wise it is a great extension. Easy to configure and easy to use.

So now I wonder if aux_newsmailer can be tweaked in some way to support 
  "Link internal page"?

Or are there other extensions that lives up the the criterias above?

All suggestion are most welcome.
